In navigating this complex landscape, providers are responsible for effective counseling and therapy that support healing and ensure tangible progress toward well-being.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/timelycare.com\/mental-health-outcomes-demonstrate-the-swift-and-significant-impact-of-timelycare\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">TimelyCare introduced Measurement-Based Care<\/a> (MBC) to adopt a systematic process of evaluating a patient&#8217;s progress using standardized assessments, enabling clinicians to tailor treatment plans, track outcomes, and optimize interventions over time. This approach transcends the traditional model of subjective evaluation, ushering in a new era of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6584602\/\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener\">evidence-based practice<\/a> rooted in quantifiable data. Since mid-2023, TimelyCare virtual <a href=\"https:\/\/timelycare.com\/psychiatry\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">psychiatry<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/timelycare.com\/mental-health\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">scheduled counseling<\/a> clinicians started collecting <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apa.org\/depression-guideline\/patient-health-questionnaire.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener\">Patient Health Questionnaire<\/a> (PHQ-9) and <a href=\"https:\/\/adaa.org\/sites\/default\/files\/GAD-7_Anxiety-updated_0.pdf\" data-wpel-link=\"external\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"external noopener\">Generalized Anxiety Disorder Assessment<\/a> (GAD-7) scores before Scheduled Counseling and Psychiatry visits.<\/p><p>TimelyCare\u2019s first formal <a href=\"https:\/\/timelycare.com\/resources\/mental-health-outcomes-swift-and-significant-results-for-college-and-university-students\/\" data-wpel-link=\"internal\" target=\"_self\">Mental Health Outcomes report<\/a> showed that by their third scheduled counseling or psychiatry visit, those who entered care with severe symptoms on the PHQ-9 or GAD-7 achieved, on average, clinically significant change, and those who entered care with clinical symptoms on the PHQ-9 or GAD-7, on average, dropped a severity ranking (e.g., moderate to MBC fosters a culture of accountability by establishing clear benchmarks for progress and facilitating open dialogue regarding treatment goals and expectations. At TimelyCare, we carefully evaluated available measures, selecting reliable, valid, and clinically relevant instruments.
