Frequently Asked Questions

Read below for answers to a few of our most frequently asked questions...
Do I need an appointment?

Kerman Care Center welcomes both walk-ins and appointments.  Walk-ins are seen on a “first come, first served basis” and those with appointments are seen first at their scheduled time

How much does it cost?

All of our services are provided to the community free of charge

Can I take classes online?

Yes! Kerman Care Center is excited to be offering classes through BrightCourse for fact-based interactive learning. Lesson plans are tailored to your needs and direction. One of our Client Advocates will work directly with you to discuss each video lesson, while providing support and encouragement

What about the father of my baby? Can he be involved?

We welcome those who support and encourage you. Whether your baby’s father wants to come in with you, or he prefers to learn about newborn care and/or fatherhood online — the bonus (besides an informed father), he receives “Baby Bucks” too!

Can I come with someone other than my baby's father?

You are welcome to share this experience with whoever is there to support and encourage you — your mom, a sister, a close friend — someone who will be there for you and for your baby. Or, there again, you are not alone, we are here for you with one-on-one mentorship!
